Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 12:26PM A fake trailer for a fake animated series. Still, its kinda cool. :)
Wednesday, July 4, 2007 at 11:48AM The show itself was a lot of fun. I was on the floor with a few buds so I got to bounce around a good little bit. To be honest most of it is a blur. After the show we went across the street to this little rooftop patio thingie and drank some more. I remember wearing this wet cowboy hat - going around to the tables and talking to all the patrons (which I'm sure they loved), dancing with Torte girl and us falling in a heap together on the floor to the resounding applause from everyone around. Somewhere on the walk home her and I lost both our shoes crawling through some bushes, and we managed to gain some incredible bruises and scratches all over the place.
The ever mysterious war wounds from drunken debauchery never cease to amaze me. You wake up the next morning and look at blood caked scabs, purple bruisy blotches and you have no idea how or where they came from...but you wear them with pride! Like a badge earned from making your first ever campfire, or helping the old lady cross the street.
Saw Ratatouille last night. spectacularly awesome would be an understatement! Pixar never really misses the mark do they? Out of the films they have given us the only one that hasn't done it for me was Cars. Other then that they have captivated my imagination every single time. I've decided however that since I dont own a rat I really really want to teach my Ferret (Oy) to cook. I'm thinking if he watches Ratatouille when it comes out on DVD that he will perhaps be inspired.
Wednesday, May 16, 2007 at 12:56PM The story revolves around a brother and sister living 200 years into the earths future. The world as we know it has been scattered into thousands of fragmented floating islands that drift around the planets core which is ruled over by an evil tyrannical force known as The Sphere. Together brother and sister form up a band of rebel pirates to stop the Sphere from stealing precious water from the innocents of Skyland. With the dashing and daring pilot skills of Mahad (the brother), and the magical telepathic powers of his 'Seijin' sister, Lena, they begin their perilous quest in fulfilling their destiny and becoming the saviors of a long lost struggle of power.

Worth checking out!
Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 10:09PM I just finished watching the 2nd Hellboy animated feature, Blood And Iron, and I have to say that not only is it equal to the first cartoon, Sword Of Storms, but I think its even better. Check out the trailer HERE.
Its grittier, and we don't have to worry this time around about going into any kind of origins storyline - but rather we can get straight into the meat of the adventure...and this time we're talking Vampire's...cant go wrong with Vampire's.
"In Hellboy:Blood and Iron Erzsebet, the Blood Countess, is after youth and revenge against Professor Broom. Her viciousness and her back story make her more interesting than the monsters of the previous movie. She's not working for someone else, she is her own master. Definitely a step up, I think. The more formidable the adversary, the bigger challenge to our heroes. It is her nature that makes the movie so much darker in tone than the first."
Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 2:26PM I'm a little slow on this, but I just started watching Avatar: The Last Airbender. I'm about 6 episodes deep into the the first season and I got's ta say I'm really enjoying it. Its nice to see that we are capable of producing a show (that is well done) that is anime inspired. So well done in fact that I think I will be buying the box sets. :)
"Water. Earth. Fire. Air. Only the Avatar was the master of all four elements. Only he could stop the ruthless Fire Nation from conquering the world. But when the world needed him most, he disappeared. Until now... On the South Pole, a lone Water Tribe village struggles to survive. It's here that a young Waterbender named Katara and her warrior brother Sokka rescue a strange boy named Aang from a cavernous iceberg. Not only is Aang an Airbender--a race of people no one has seen in a century--but they soon discover that Aang is also the long lost Avatar. Now it's up to Katara and Sokka to make sure Aang faces his destiny to save the tribe--and himself."
